Terms and Conditions

When you submit a booking via our online reservation system you will receive an automatically generated booking summary by email to the email address you provide in the booking form. This does not form a contract between us. A contract shall only arise when your booking is confirmed in writing via a letter of confirmation sent to you by post, email or text message.

Covid – 19

Due to the ever changing government restrictions through out all areas of the UK we are all in uncertain times.

Our policy regarding guests who cannot travel due to UK government restrictions is that we will defer their stay to a future date in the same price range of the original booking or we can refund.

If you are unable to attend your holiday at our Cottage we will offer you a full refund of the cost you paid.

The refund will only be paid to you if your stay is unable to happen as a direct result of any UK Government travel / lock down restriction.

Personal illness or personal circumstances will not qualify you for an automatic refund as per our usual terms and conditions which can be found later in this section on our website.
